As HSE System Coordinator, you will join our HSE Systems & Emergency Department in Corporate, conducting the following activities:

ACTIVITIES: Collaborate in developing and continuous improvement of the Saipem Group HSE systems.

Monitor the HSE Management System effectiveness.

Deliver training on Saipem Group HSE Management System.

Participate in / conduct HSE audits.

Provide HSE technical support to Business Lines, Operating Companies, Projects, and Sites.

Perform HSE statistical analysis and contribute to Saipem Group internal & HSE external communication reports development.

QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Good knowledge of English language.

LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contract.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 8+ years' work experience in HSE Department.

Experience in HSE System management.

Knowledge of ISO 45001 & 14001.

IT SKILLS: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (SharePoint, Lists, Forms, PowerPoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc. ).

Basic knowledge of programming tools.

SOFT SKILLS: Good communication.

Ability to work in groups in a multidisciplinary environment.

Strong attitude to collaborate with colleagues also by means of digital tools.

Effective at time management and prioritizing tasks to achieve deadlines.

NICE TO HAVE: Availability for business trips / missions.
