As HSE System Coordinator, you will join our HSE Systems & Emergency Department in Corporate, conducting the following activities:

ACTIVITIES: Collaborate in developing and continuous improvement of the Saipem Group HSE systems SystemMonitor the HSE Management System effectivenessDeliver training on Saipem Group HSE Management SystemProvide HSE technical support to Business Lines, Operating Companies, Project and SitesPerform HSE statistical analysis and contribute to Saipem Group internal & HSE external communication reports development. QUALIFICATION: KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Good knowledge of English language

LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contract

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 8+ years' work experience in HSE DepartmentExperience in HSE System managementKnowledge of ISO 45001 & 14001IT SKILLS: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office package (SharePoint, Lists, Forms, Power Point, Power Automate, Power App etc);Basic Knowledge of programming toolSOFT SKILLS: Good communication;Ability to work in groups into multidisciplinary environment;Strong attitude to collaborate with colleagues also by means of digital tools;Effective at time management and prioritizing tasks to achieve deadlines.
