As HSE System Engineer, you will join our HSE Systems & Emergency Department, in Corporate, conducting the following activities: ACTIVITIES: Collaborate in developing and continuously improving the HSE Management System in accordance with applicable policies, standards and legislation, organizational assets and existing operating procedures Monitor the HSE Management System effectiveness Deliver training on HSE Management System Participate in/conduct HSE audits Collaborate in developing digital transformation activities Collaborate in use and training internal tools such as chatbot based on artificial intelligence Contribute to the review processes to improve the user experience of digital HSE tools Provide support to Business Lines, Operating Companies, Project and Sites Perform HSE statistical analysis and contribute to Saipem Group internal & HSE external communication reports development.

QUALIFICATION: Master degree in engineering KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Good knowledge of English language LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contract YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5+ years' work experience in HSE Department Experience in HSE System management Knowledge of ISO 45001 & 14001 Experience in delivering HSE training IT SKILLS: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office package (SharePoint, Lists, Forms, Power Point, Power Automate, Power App etc); Basic Knowledge of programming tool SOFT SKILLS: Good communication; Ability to work in groups into multidisciplinary environment; Strong attitude to collaborate with colleagues also by means of digital tools; Effective at time management and prioritizing tasks to achieve deadlines.
