Assume Assistant Safety Officer roles within HSE Department according to Italian regulation, supporting the Manager in drafting relevant documentation ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements while promoting a strong safety culture. Key Activities & Responsibilities:Draft, and maintain HSE Management System procedures in accordance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant regulationsConduct comprehensive risk assessments and safety inspections to identify hazards and implement control measuresSupport in reviewing and revising HSE plans, drafted for ProjectsPrepare and deliver HSE-related training programs and workshopsMonitor HSE performance metrics and prepare detailed reportsPlan and execute HSE audits during Design, Construction, and Start-up phasesSupport Safety Officer and Department in compliance activitiesStay updated with relevant international standards, national and international legal requirements, and industrial best practicesPersonal Attributes:5 or more years of experience in a similar role is requiredExperience in Construction HSE is considered a plusSectors: Oil and Gas, Power and Energy, Fertilizers, Polymers IndustriesEducation: Scientific-related Degree or Engineering DegreeFluent in English languageAvailability to travelProfessional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audit certification
