As HSE System Engineer, you will join our HSE Systems & Emergency Department, in Corporate, conducting the following activities:ACTIVITIES:Collaborate in developing and continuously improving the HSE Management System in accordance with applicable policies, standards and legislation, organizational assets and existing operating proceduresMonitor the HSE Management System effectivenessDeliver training on HSE Management SystemParticipate in/conduct HSE auditsCollaborate in developing digital transformation activitiesCollaborate in use and training internal tools such as chatbot based on artificial intelligenceContribute to the review processes to improve the user experience of digital HSE toolsProvide support to Business Lines, Operating Companies, Project and SitesPerform HSE statistical analysis and contribute to Saipem Group internal & HSE external communication reports development. QUALIFICATION:Master degree in engineeringKNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE:Good knowledge of English languageLABOUR RELATIONSHIP:Permanent contractYEARS OF EXPERIENCE:5+ years' work experience in HSE DepartmentExperience in HSE System managementKnowledge of ISO 45001 & 14001Experience in delivering HSE trainingIT SKILLS:Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office package (SharePoint, Lists, Forms, Power Point, Power Automate, Power App etc);Basic Knowledge of programming toolSOFT SKILLS:Good communication;Ability to work in groups into multidisciplinary environment;Strong attitude to collaborate with colleagues also by means of digital tools;Effective at time management and prioritizing tasks to achieve deadlines.
