Job Description:Akronos Technologies Group, an Italian company leader in innovation and high-tech engineering services, is looking for the following profile to join our R&D teams.

Position: System Integration and Test Engineer

Location: Turin, Italy

Field: Railway

Main Tasks: Collaborate closely with the development team to integrate software modules and hardware devices into a unified system. Design and execute test strategies, including test automation, to ensure system reliability. Develop and maintain test benches, including electrical wiring and mechanical design. Conduct error analysis, resolve issues on-site or remotely, and provide customer training for system maintenance. Perform system validation through test drives, including travel across Europe (missions typically last 2-7 days). Requirements: Background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar, with strong analytical and technical skills. Experience with embedded systems, test automation, and hardware wiring. Knowledge of Linux, networking (e. g. , DHCP, VLAN, routing), scripting (Python, Shell), and troubleshooting. Familiarity with IT security, cryptography, and virtualization (e. g. , Docker, VirtualBox) is a plus. Proficiency in English (C1 level); knowledge of German is advantageous. A proactive and team-oriented approach to problem-solving. All the skills above will be verified in a technical qualification meeting.
