This role in summaryIn this position, the System Integrator (SI) will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration of final manufactured products from Concept through Production Validation for projects belonging to Built In Refrigeration architecture delivering product leadership through balanced product solutions that create consumer value and satisfy the needs of thebusiness and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include Manage engineering team activities on assigned Production Development Projects Support System Integration Leads in platform reòated topics operations.

Ensure product development activities are completed on time, meeting all requirements, including cost, quality & performance targets.

Define System level design/cost/quality/time trade-offs and technical issue resolution within the project/product plan guardrails Drive full system validation through use of predictive validation methodologies Deliver Product Leadership through the Whirlpool Product Development process, through milestones and gates full accomplishment.

Minimum requirements Bachelor's Degree 3-5 years Project Engineering & Technical Design Experience Experience working cross-functionally and communicating with global teams Fluent in English (verbal and written) Preferred skills and experiences Engineering Master Degree Proven experience in product development Proven technical project management experience Ability to build consensus over complex cross-functional matters System architecture design experience preferred (INCOSE ASEP or CSEP Certification) Project Management certification (PMP) or similar What we offer Work in a well structured and consolidated team.
