We are currently looking for a Tactical Procurement Expert to support one of our projects near Turin. Responsibilities: Selection of suppliers Provide vendor and subcontract sourcing and pricing for Requests for Quotes (RFQs) Analyze and evaluate vendor offers, proposals, contracts of indirect material and purchased parts Carrying out contract negotiations Performance of cost-price analysis Develop and implement cost savings projects and financial forecasting - KPI Evaluation and improvement of supplier performances Maintain accurate and organized procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts Create and manage all POs About you: Degree in disciplines such as economics, engineering, business administration, or supply chain management. Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing processes and negotiation Strong negotiation skills Strong knowledge of RFI/RFP/RFQ processes Strong database and computer skills Expert in IT tools and systems (ERP, MRP, MS Office) Exemplary written and verbal communication Strong diplomatic and collaboration skills Good leadership and teamwork Demonstrates strong self-efficacy and ability to take initiative in problem solving Keeps an entrepreneurial mindset, deep curiosity, and a passion for learning & growth Experience in process improvement Good English knowledge Available to relocate Job details: Duration: variable Location: near Turin Start date: September Next Steps Someone from the Talent Acquisition department will contact you to schedule an initial HR interview.
