We are looking for a driven and positive-minded person with experience in talent or artist management to manage one of our talents; a talent consolidated in the Italian market and who has a stellar career.   The day-to-day job of a Talent & Campaign Manager consists in coordinating a talent's ongoing marketing campaigns as well as assisting them during photo shoots and events and negotiating campaign contracts.

Daily contact with the talent is expected as the main part of the job consists in brokering their business relationships to brands.

We have a flexible remote work policy but we do require the person to be a resident in Milan and be in the office two days per week (usually Tuesday and Thursday ), as well as be available to work during special projects, such as shoots or events that may happen during other times.

Requirements : Fluency in English and Italian At least 2 years of experience in talent management, artist management, or influencer marketing in Italy (international experience is a plus) Impeccable communication skills Positive attitude Eye to detail Successful navigation and resolution of day-to-day matters Capacity to follow instructions accurately Responsibility and professionalism Part-time or full-time option available  Long-term employment contract or independent contractor (Partita Iva)
