In order to enforce our HR Division, we are looking for an engaging and energetic Talent & Development Senior Lead. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Acting as a Talent business partner you will have the exciting opportunity to join our Talent team supporting delivery of our growth strategy and people plan. You will be responsible to manage and coordinate all the training & development operations needed for the Business Units you're going to manage. You will partner with the business, and their respective HRBPs, to understand the aims of BU/division business and what skills, knowledge and experience they will need in their teams to achieve them. You will play a strategic role in building the approach to Talent Management and Talent development. You will lead the delivery of the training programmes based on business priorities to ensure that the workforce is always technically able and competent. In order to support our talent development & growth, design, implement and manage career paths or development programmes. Report on training and development budget, cost, uptake and effectiveness to business leaders, with a focus on ROI. DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR functions, with a focus on Talent & Development Issues preferably in an Italian Company operating in an international context. Proven track record of successfully leading, managing and motivating people to enable them to achieve their full potential. Previous experience in Leadership Development & Talent Management, Individual Performance Management, Talent Identification and Development, coaching, mentoring and knowledge of potential assessment tools is mandatory. Ability to work in a structured way, setting clear goals and monitoring results; ability to organize activities/tasks and to manage initiatives involving many colleagues process-wise. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, workstreams and potentially multiple projects; ability to prioritize multiple deliverables to meet deadlines; goal-oriented. Good relationship builder, able to support and challenge colleagues at all levels of seniority from different functions in a constructive and effective manner. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal colleagues and external partners is mandatory. Familiarity with working in a large organization, i. e. , working cross-functionally/departmentally and in fast-changing environments. High degree of work ethic and professionalism, leading by example. Flexibility in travelling for work. MSc in Economics, Educational Science or Human Resources.
