In Talent Acquisition & Talent Advancement function in Italy we are looking for a passionate TalentAcquisition Partner who will play a vital role, partnering with the business and HR leaders, to providetechnical expertise and solutions to current and future challenges. You will support the development of expert services within the Country and support the local andglobal TA expert team while participating in global projects.

**This position reports to**:

GBS HR Talent-Hub Lead Western EU, GBS HR

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support in delivering the talent processes required to implement Global talent strategies on a local level, working with HRBusiness Partners (HRBPs) and line managers to gain insight into the business talent needs and challenges.

- Support Employer Branding Activities, University Relationships, Early Talent and Trainee Programs, to boost ABB'sEmployer Brand within the Country.

- Identify areas for improvement in current practices, processes, and policies, then contributing to the design, development, and implementation of new talent solutions.

**Your background**:

- Master Degree in Economics, Human Resources, or relevant field

- Experience with full life-cycle recruitment, Talent Advancement as well as Employer Branding Activities (min.

5 years)

- Strategic mindset with a thorough understanding of business drivers and Talent Acquisition and Advancement trends within the Hub

- Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken

- Self-driven, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideasand inputs

- Strong interpersonal and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
