Currently we are improving our HR organization and you will be an essential part of the development of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
As TA&D Expert you will be part of the Italian HR team and you report to Head of HR Italy.
In this position you will be responsible for Talent Acquisition and support activities for Talent Management.
As you can see a challenging role with a variety of responsibilities within HR.
The position will be a nice mix of operational, tactical and strategical activities.
**Your assignments**:
- Manage full operational recruitment process from request till onboarding
- Identify future hiring needs and develop attractive job descriptions
- Advise and support the Hiring Managers throughout the complete recruitment process
- Improve local employer brand and Contribute to the local implementation of the Global EVP in close collaboration with the Global Talent Acquisition functions
- Manage internship programs
- Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers and recruitment agencies
- Improve the Italian digital Talent Acquisition landscape
- Work on recruitment related key projects and suggest overall improvements
- Recommend priorities for Learning and Development interventions
- Support the identification of development needs by analysing performance and competence data to identify gaps in relation to required levels
- Prepare moderately complex documents
- Responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports
- Support the development and delivery of Performance Management and Talent Development / OTR processes
- Ensure and monitor that HR policies and services of the function are compliant with our HR Compliance Framework
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor or Master degree
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a corporate recruiter.
- At least +1 years in training/development areas
- General Talent Acquisition experience: sourcing, job posting, referral, recruitment marketing and how to use social media channels
- You strongly believe in automation, digitalization and data
- Good knowledge of ATS systems (WorkDay considerated a plus)
- Linkedin recruiter and Boolean Logic does not have any secrets for you
- High customer and team orientation as well as strong communication skills.
- Proactive, result
- and solution-oriented as well as entrepreneurial approach.
- Fluent/high proficiency in Italian and English.
- Strong stakeholder and influence management skills
- Confident personality who wants to take ownership and responsibility
