What You'll Be Doing We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from a role of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Intern.
You will be included in the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Team with the aim to supporting the company's growth, by attracting and recruiting enthusiastic talents and assisting the Team with Employer Branding initiatives.

Your Activities Will Include Support the team in the implementation of Employer Branding strategies to attract and engage talented candidates, using both online and offline channels (e. g. , career page, social media, recruiting days, etc.
);Participate in the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, scheduling, and recruitment of the best candidates;Support the team in providing the best candidate experience, taking care of the communication with candidates through all the recruiting steps;Support the team in other exciting HR Projects. Who We're Looking For You're available for a six-month internship with full-time commitment;You have a good command of English;You have a Master's Degree in humanistic disciplines or economics;You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and Canva;You're passionate about the HR world;You're digitally minded and have a flexible approach.
