Who are we looking for?
Brilliant new graduates, curious, dynamic, with a passion for large-scale retailing, team building and flexibility, interested in growing in a dynamic context both at headquarters and stores.
We want to meet motivated, flexible people with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, a sense of leadership and aptitude for problem solving.
Which is our proposal?
You will deal with a dynamic and multinational environment everyday and you will have the chance to grow your interpersonal and professional skills supported by Managers and Senior Managers by training on the job.
You will also have the opportunity to discover our stores with practical activities and we want you to take part in innovative projects because we need your creative and fresh vision!
What can you expect from this opportunity?
In our HR Department you will join our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Team and you will be in charge of:
- CV screening
- management of job advertising
- organization and planning of recruiting and talent days
- group assessment planning
- support of individual and group interviews
- management and elaboration of internship projects
- support in the organization of university events and all the employer branding projects
