What You'll Do
You will join the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team, reporting directly to Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and implement integrated Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with Flutter SEA's multi-brand and multi-country business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, recruitment KPIs, and performance metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Foster collaboration between local and global HR teams to ensure strategic alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within recruitment processes, ensuring fair representation at the managerial level.
- Design and execute a multi-brand, multi-country Employer Branding strategy to strengthen Flutter SEA's position in the talent market.
- Drive Employer Value Proposition (EVP) promotion, effectively communicating the unique strengths and synergies across Flutter SEA brands and regions.
- Track and analyze the impact of Employer Branding initiatives, adapting strategies based on KPIs and local market dynamics.
Who You Are
- You have at least 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition strategy, senior recruitment, and employer branding within a complex, multi-brand, and multi-geography organization.
- You have strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking and interpreting recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- You have a deep understanding of senior-level hiring, including executive search methodologies and talent pipelining.
- You have expertise in employer branding, talent marketing, and digital recruitment strategies.
- You have strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with senior leadership.
- You are passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a track record of embedding these principles into hiring strategies.
- You have experience in managing recruitment technologies, ATS systems, and process automation.
- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
Preferably, You Also Have:
- Previous experience in a multinational environment.
