**Description**:

**Responsibilities

Working closely with the Chief People Officer you will:

- Conduct employer branding activities to spread THRON awareness as Employer

- Partnering with business and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy

- Take ownership of the full lifecycle of hiring process from role kick off and sourcing all the way through hiring

- Design engaging job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements

- Build, develop and nurture talent pools for key future talent requirements

- Proactively identify and work on improvement to hiring process.

**Requirements**:

- BSc in Humanities related field

- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role

- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

- Be motivated, well organised and focused on targets

- Easiness with social recruiting

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite

- Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders of various levels

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Fluent in English

- Empathy and listening skills.
