Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist
As a **Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist** you will be focusing on:
- Recruitment process management - you'll manage end-to-end the recruitment process in an efficient and engaging manner with strong focus on our technicians
- Workday Management - you will become the point of reference for the management of the recruiting process in our HRIS
- Employer Branding - you will collaborate with our Marketing function to develop an employer branding strategy and to deliver successful campaigns and initiatives
- Onboarding
- you will work to improve the current on-boarding process and will manage it successfully
- Reporting - you will prepare recruitment reports and regularly consolidate information for our People Director and our International Headoffice
- International community: you will collect and share best practices across the international people team and occasionally take part to international working groups
**Requirements**:
- Kindness, creativity and passion
- 2 years of work experience as a Recruiter in a company or recruitment agency with demonstrated success in hiring high volume of people
- Having experience in Employer Branding is preferred
- HRIS management experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Social Sciences or equivalent
- Master in Human Resources is a plus
- Strong passion for recruiting
- Ability to navigate digital work and social media communication
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Flexible, problem solving approach and strong team player
- Organized, proactive, with a high level of energy and sense of humor
- Strong customer focus
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- English language proficiency
