Sibill is seeking for an HR Manager who will help the company to rapidly scale the team and set up all the best practices to attract, train and retain top talents across Europe.

We have ambitious goals for the next few years and success goes through how talented and happy the team members we'll bring on-board are.

The HR Manager will look for ways in which we can become efficient and effective at hiring, retention, learning & development, performance management, paying fairly etc.

across the company.

This is a key role for Sibill and we need someone who's willing to join one of the most exciting startup teams in Europe.

- Defining the long term People Strategy of Sibill;

- Defining yearly hiring plans with team heads;

- Defining comprehensive compensation packages (both salary and benefits) for Sibill employees;

- Sourcing and recruiting the best talents for Sibill;

- Designing and then executing performance reviews together with team heads;

- Defining and then executing retention initiatives for the whole team (e. g.

retreats, company events);

- Being a point of contact for all employees in search of help for any matter;

- Support the founders in taking care of employees wellbeing (e. g.

search for a new office, ensure food supply, arrange off-work together).

- 5+ years experience, including run and design recruiting processes and performance reviews.

- You are passionate about people development and growth mindset;
