As a **Recruitment Assistant** for our Customer, an Italian Pharmaceutical Multinational company, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment team, including drafting correspondence and maintaining records.
- Supporting the recruitment team with active sourcing and market research.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process, collecting necessary documentation from new hires.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless integration for new employees.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination or administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with the life sciences industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in both English and Italian
- Willingness to work several days a week at our office in Abano Terme.
