Join our international RPO Team immediately for an assignment in Italy!
As a Recruitment Assistant for our Customer, an Italian Pharmaceutical Multinational company, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment team, including drafting correspondence and maintaining records. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and prepared for each stage of the interview process. Supporting the recruitment team with active sourcing and market research. Application Tracking: Manage our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information. Generate regular reports to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process, collecting necessary documentation from new hires. Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless integration for new employees. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in recruitment coordination or administration is preferred. Familiarity with the life sciences industry is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in both English and ItalianWillingness to work several days a week at our office in Abano Terme.
