Talent Acquisition Associate Manager

As an Associate Manager, you will develop an end-to-end recruitment strategy to achieve challenging hiring goals, in partnership with our internal stakeholders (Business Leadership and Hiring Managers, Sourcing & Marketing teams, HR Business Partners) and external partners.
- Full recruitment cycle for assigned business areas
- Team management, coaching and guiding colleagues on their daily best performances
Contributing to design and execution of sourcing and branding initiatives, in partnership with relevant teams
- Regular reporting and metrics to both HR and business leadership to articulate progress against hiring demand, with an extensive usage of our ATS.
**What makes the difference
- 8-10 years previous experience in recruitment, in Professional Services, Executive Search agencies, or fast-paced HR Company Departments
- Positive attitude and enthusiastic team player
- Being eager to constantly learn about HR, digital and tech trends
- Problem solving and critical thinking attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English
- Good knowledge of the Office suite.
