WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for your designated areas managing your stakeholders effectively and working with the hiring managers, HRBPs, Reward team and Sourcing Specialists for your area to develop proactive resourcing strategies
- Work with the Sourcing Specialist to take a detailed brief on a role, asking the right questions to understand hiring manager requirements and translate this into a search strategy.
- Implement the university attraction strategy, building partnerships with key target universities in your sector/geography and ensuring Hilti is positioned as an employer of choice on campus, attending and managing events as required

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- University Degree in Psychology / Organizational Sciences, Economics or HR management
- 3+ years of Proven experience of end-to-end recruitment in an in-house role or an agency in a relevant sector
- Experience working with an ATS and a Talent Relationship Management
- ours are Haufe and Beamery
- Ability to maintain high levels of data quality to build insights that drive decision-making
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills in Italian and English
