You will manage complex headhunting projects and strengthen relationships with client companies as a Business Advisor for both companies and candidates.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be a Business Consultant.
Your commitment will be to achieve the best match between candidates and client companies, always keeping your business objectives in mind.
Important Skills for the Role: Critical and analytical thinking Synthesis and organizational skills Customer and goal orientation Emotional Intelligence (EQ: assertive communication, active listening, empathy) Requirements: Good knowledge of English A bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in humanities 1 to 6 years of experience, preferably in consulting roles This selection is based on competencies and consists of a 3-phase assessment:
CV analysis EQ test with our assessor Motivation test and motivational interview Work Location: 90% remote work - Milan office 2 times a month, once every 15 days.
Employment Contract: Permanent CCNL Commercio contract + Ticket + Bonuses
