Reporting into the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, you will help ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience, while also supporting important talent operations and reporting functions.

What you will doInterview Scheduling & Candidate Experience: You will support the Talent Acquisition team and the Hiring Teams by handling candidates interview scheduling needs, keeping team members informed and updated through the process. Talent Acquisition Reporting & Data Management: You will assist with ongoing data audits, recruiting reports and system updates; you will create new requisitions, feedback forms and job postings, creating new user accounts and general troubleshooting when questions arise. Offer Letter Drafting & Onboarding Support: You will draft offer letters, including university agreements and other related administrative tasks. You will oversee the onboarding activities and prepare New Hire reports. Process Improvement & Special TA Projects: You will prepare talent-focused data analytics reports. You will participate in ad hoc talent-focused TA coordination projects. What you will bring with you2+ years of experience in Talent/HR Coordination, HR Administration, or Recruiting Operations. A data-driven mindset, with the ability to track main recruiting metrics. You are always looking for ways to improve processes. What we look forYou are passionate about talent operations, data, and process optimization. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (like Lever).
