If you're looking for an exciting position playing a critical role in recruitment efforts, where you can truly make a difference, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to based in our Milan office.

The role can be offered on a hybrid office/home basis with the view of 2/3 office based.

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator you'll work closely with the Continental Europe, Middle East & Africa Recruitment team to perform a variety of operational/administrative activities related to recruitment and onboarding.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and work in a top recruitment team.

In this fast-paced role, you'll manage all interview coordination, bookings and logistics for both onsite and virtual interview via Teams.

You'll have a minimum of 12 months prior recruitment operations experience in fast moving recruitment team within in-house, agency setting or RPO team OR HR administration experience.

You'll have hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Workday.

You'll be proficient in English and Italian.

Additional languages are desirable.
