**What you get to do**:
- Partner with your recruiting team and hiring managers at every step of the recruiting process
- Attend external recruiting events and help host internal recruiting events
- Research latest recruiting trends and implement process improvements, as necessary
**What you need to bring**:
- 2-3 years of recruiting, HR, or similar high volume administrative position required
- Experience updating applicant tracking systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Bookings is preferred
- Ability to communicate in a professional and concise manner; top-notch tact in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Strong track record of operational excellence when multitasking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Adaptive to unique, in-the-moment challenges in a calm and logical mannerBA/BS degree (in lieu degree, at least 2 years relevant work experience)
Please note that this is a 12 month fixed term contract
