You'll be part of one of our Talent Acquisition teams, supporting recruiters at Klarna and different stakeholders, while performing fast and high efficient administrative tasks to support the company's recruitment overall.
**Success in this role **means making the service work smoothly for the TA organisation and its stakeholders.
Embracing change and willingness to work with several tasks at once will make success in this role happen.
**Tasks that are performed are (among others)**:
- Support recruiters and stakeholders coordinate pipelines
- Take on responsibilities to support recruiters as needed: sourcing, pre-screening, gathering feedback, etc.
You are a positive, efficient and reliable person who enjoys being part of a fast-paced organisation where the only constant is change.
Working towards common goals together with dedicated team members makes you tick.
You thrive on getting a great deal of responsibility and freedom.
You have at least one year of experience from working with service roles and stakeholder management, and ideally in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition related responsibilities.
