Does this sound like the right place for you?
**What you will do**:
- Talent Acquisition Reporting & Data Management: You will assist with ongoing data audits, recruiting reports and system updates; you will create new requisitions, feedback forms and job postings, creating new user accounts and general troubleshooting when questions arise
- Offer Letter Drafting & Onboarding Support: You will draft offer letters, including university agreements and other related administrative tasks.
You will oversee the onboarding activities and prepare New Hire reports
- Process Improvement & Special TA Projects: You will prepare talent-focused data analytics reports.
You will participate in ad hoc talent-focused TA coordination projects
**What you will bring with you**:
- Experience in Talent/HR Coordination, HR Administration, or Recruiting Operations
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to track main recruiting metrics
- You are always looking for ways to improve processes
**What we look for**:
- You are passionate about talent operations, data, and process optimization
- 2+ years of experience in Talent/HR Coordination, HR Administration, or Recruiting Operations
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (like Lever)
