**Job description**:
We are currently looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Maternity leave contract.
Based in our Office in Rome and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead -EMEA.
You will be working with a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry.
What Talent Acquisition contributes to Cardinal Health
Human Resources designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, among others.
This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Support recruiters in managing end to end recruitment life cycles
Maintaining strong relationships with internal clients acting as a trusted support resource across all divisions within the segments
Proactively look to contribute to the Talent Acquisition in areas outside of your immediate scope of responsibility
Ensure interviews with internal clients are set up and all expenses related to interviews are handled in a timely fashion
Support in the drafting of contracts
Act as one of the main point of contacts to new hires, assist in onboarding process
Manage new hire background checks through external vendor
Fluency in English (French will be considered a plus)
A team-focused attitude, with strong networking skills
Must maintain professional competence, ethical integrity, knowledge, and skills
Time management, efficiency, the ability to meet deadlines work with mínimal supervision

1+ years of professional experience or bachelor's degree, preferred
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Advanced Computer Skills required
