**About the role**:

You'll join our Talent Acquisition Team in our Milan office, focusing on Recruiting and Employer Branding activities.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Management of the internship full life cycle recruitment process (from the job advert till the offer and internship's agreement documentation) partnering with line managers for best-in-class recruitment

- Partner with Line Managers and local HRs to understand vacancy briefs

- Partnership with universities and other entities

- Support in organizing Recruitment Events and participating in University Career Fairs

- Content creation and posting via LinkedIn to promote our opportunities and local Graduate Program.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Master's Degree

- Previous experience in recruitment or related fields

- Analytical skills and Excel knowledge

- Fluent in Italian and English

- Ability to build strong working relationships

- Passion for DE&I
