WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Valentino is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and based in Milan.

The resource will support the team in the following activities:

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

Support the recruitment process with a main focus on internships and entry level profiles (job posting, CV screening, interviews/assessment, on boarding)

Support the maintenance and update of the internship reports and dashboards in alignment with Talent Acquisition metrics and KPIs

Actively support the Employer Branding team in their activities

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

Master in HR will be considered a plus

Previous experience in recruiting in multinational company or recruiting agency is a nice to have

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel in particular)

Fluent both in English and Italian

Agile mindset and "thinking out of the box" approach

Excellent time management and organizational and problem-solving skills.
