Exciting Absolutely!TheTalent Acquisition Team Leadwill sit within ULs Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, reporting into the Talent Acquisition European COE Lead. Youll be a true "player-coach", someone who canlead from the front.

In this role you will be directly responsible for managing a small team of experienced recruiters, driving their development as well as supporting day-to-day recruitment activities, development & implementation of talent strategies that enable UL to attract the best talent across Europe.
