The Role: Talent Acquisition Manager, Operation & Supply Chain
At Stone Island, we are looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition & Development Manager to join our HR team in Milano.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, building employer branding initiatives, developing career paths, and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders.
The position offers dynamic growth opportunities, allowing you to take on a variety of responsibilities over time.
The Day-To-Day: Develop and execute the employer branding strategy in line with the company Employee Values Proposition, partnering with schools and universities to promote the company and attract talent. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, engage with hiring managers ensuring best practices are followed, prioritize hiring needs, and gain a deep understanding of work processes. Implement and manage an efficient hiring process from application to onboarding, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Design and implement internal development paths, focusing on strategic technical skills. Stay proactive in talent management by meeting potential candidates, fostering relationships, anticipating future hiring needs, and gaining a deep understanding of the market. Set ambitious goals to continuously enhance hiring outcomes and metrics. Monitor and analyze recruiting data to refine and improve the selection process. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 6 years of experience in a similar role within recruiting or HR, preferably in the fashion industry. Willingness to travel to Ravarino (Modena). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong results orientation and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Strong project management skills with the ability to engage and involve key stakeholders effectively. Knowledge of sourcing techniques and major recruitment tools.
