**Talent acquisition processes, tooling, enablement
Ownership of all TA processes and tooling: From our end to end recruiting process through to all our internal team operational processes, handoffs to other teams and tooling, help us build the foundations, identify efficiencies, build projects to solve, then train & enable TA and people managers.
The role will work closely with recruiting and talent managers to take concepts and operationalise them, for example: How we implement a persona and profile-based sourcing model: working with the Director, talent to build the process, build the technology workflow and relationship between our ATS, CRM and data BI dashboard, develop training and enablement content for the team.
**TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR TEAM MANAGEMENT
**TALENT TEAM KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT, DOCUMENTATION, DATA AND ANALYTICS
Documenting our processes and accountabilities keeping stakeholders in the loop on how we do our work and who to contact.
Publishing and maintaining content relating to the teams processes and OKR's on our communications platforms such as Slack and GSuite.
Setting up the process with the TA coordinators on a ticketing system to keep this updated.
**AUDIT & COMPLIANCE
Working with our internal risk teams and people operations to ensure our processes are compliant and safe in relation to our regulatory and compliance standards.

This role will engage across Satispay with finance, hiring leader, marketing and IT teams in order to deliver on our OKR's (Objectives, key results)
**PARTNER & SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIPS
Alongside Director, Talent, set up the process for engaging, monitoring and supporting external partners and vendor platforms from our ATS, LinkedIn, CRM to-be tooling, recruiting firms, mobility, training and many more.
**About You

- Experience building and implementing talent or people operations foundations and can articulate comfortably why each foundation was built and what the outcome was.
- Experience leading and delivering organisation-wide projects
- Implementation of tech tooling and platforms such as ATS or similar
- Keen eye towards metrics and data: usage of Tableau or Looker a strong plus
- Fluency in English is essential as we grow as an international company

The role is based in Milano.
