**What you will be doing
Satispay is looking for a brilliant and skillful TA Ops leader who will lead the efforts in finding opportunities to create, optimize, and improve TA systems & tools, workflows and processes.
You will join the Talent Acquisition team to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
In particular, you will be responsible for:
ENABLEMENT
- Researching cutting-edge technologies and evaluating the recruiting tech stack, managing tools, updates, initiatives, features, configuration and optimization of the ATS - Workable, assisting with continuous improvements;
- Sharing new features and updates with the TA team.
DATA AND PROCESSES
- Constantly informing TA Leaders of recruiting successes and challenges and advising them on solutions and recruiting strategy accordingly;
- Identifying and reporting recruiting process gaps and recruiting tools issues, proposing solutions to the TA leadership;
- Carrying on checks and audits to protect the company's reputation and brand image.
- Ensuring that Satispay's hiring practices are in compliance.
REPORT AND TRACKING
- Building out reports and dashboards to measure recruiting performance;
- Driving initiatives to identify and create solutions to scale and refine all the talent acquisition processes and activities;
ANALYTICS
- Partner with TA leaders to help define key success metrics for Talent Acquisition;
- Supporting to define and implement a reporting framework to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategy and processes.

- a minimum of 5 years of work experience in an Operations role.
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR division is considered a strong plus;
- proven experience in managing a small team;
- proven experience with project management and implementation of tech tools such as ATS or similar;
- keen eye towards metrics and data: usage of Tableau or Looker a strong plus;
- good problem solving and organizational skills - time and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast paced environment are essential;
- experience at a fast growing company a plus
- excellent communication, PowerPoint and presentation skills;
- mandatory fluency in English
