ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM

As we expand in terms of countries, projects and people, we are looking for a word-class, resourceful and proactive **Talent Acquisition Partner (M/F/x)** to join our super HR Team, who will support us in identify and hire high caliber talent for job openings on an international level.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Execute the strategic recruitment plan at an international level;

- Design and customize hiring stages based on each position's requirements:

- Analyze recruitment metrics, like time-to-hire and source of hire and set hiring goals including timeframes and deliverables;

- Partner with key stakeholders to understand emerging trends & opportunities;

- Review HR practices and make sure they are applied through the entire recruiting process;

- Support in Employer Branding activities;

- Participate to HR events (job fairs, career days, in-house recruitment events)

- Be an Ambassador of our culture, vision & mission!

REQUIREMENTS

- BSc or MSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field;

- 2-3 years in-house Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Experience in a dynamic, rapidly scaling and digital work environment - preferably with international exposure.

- Fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken); any additional languages are a plus.

- You're familiar with social media recruiting;

- You possess strong execution capability, able to prioritize, devise action plans, drive collaboration and build stakeholder trust and relationships;

- Great command of MS Office - especially Excel;

- You are digital savvy

- You are a doer: proactive, have good problem solving skills and a strong spirit of initiative

- Great communication, interpersonal skills and energy
