Job Description Summary**: At Avio Aero, a GE Aviation Business unit, we've been reimagining the power of flight for more than 100 years.
We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.
Engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders, Hiring Managers and the HR function across the business and region is crucial in ensuring we employ strategies that build performing teams and organizations.
**Essential Responsibilities
- Manage strategic/niche recruiting activity across a variety of disciplines including Digital Technology, Engineering and Manufacturing
- Be a great partner across businesses and TA teams, establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs and fill their open positions in a timely manner
- Engage with passive market and craft sourcing strategy pipelines
- Sustain strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and styles
- Effectively use social media tools in alignment with GE's Brand Strategy
- Provide ad hoc market intelligence data to hiring team and business, combine information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc. )
to be used at business strategy
**Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Organization Psychology or related field
- Experience of working in an Inhouse Recruiter/Talent Acquisition role within a similar technical environment
- Ability to build strong and trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR community
- Organized and structured approach
- Fluency in English

- Knowledge of Aviation Market or similar industries (eg.
industrial, engineering, digital Technology)
