Why join GEAJob informationReference NumberJR-0030689Job functionHuman ResourcesPosition typeFull timeSiteViale del Lavoro 50, 37030 Colognola ai Colli VRYour responsibilities and tasks:Full responsibility for driving the whole recruitment process and hiring decision (KPI driven) - Consult and partner with HR BP and CoEConsult and challenge the hiring manager to ensure candidate quality as well as appropriate time to fillAct as face to the candidate - accompany candidates through the entire recruiting process and create an excellent candidate journeyManage and perform all recruiting process related activities - Steer the briefing call with hiring manager and clarify all open questions to start selection process in the most efficient wayCreate appealing job postingsSteer local recruitment strategyManage all aspects of the selection including pre-screening (phone screening if applicable), interview talents, provide appropriate shortlists of qualified candidates to the hiring manager and manage the offersSet clear expectations for candidates and interviewersPerform Active Sourcing activities, where applicableCollaborate with and steer external partners if neededKeep track and act according to the own recruitment KPIs, use data to assess and measure candidate funnel and recruiting performanceExecution of local employer branding activities (e. G. , representing GEA on career fairs, collaboration with key universities)Establish and maintain talent pool Support continuous improvement - Support alignment with Procurement/ Legal team for contract with agenciesCollaborate with CoE to evaluate effective Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition measures to attract candidates and fill vacanciesChallenge the business and CoE team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies - Continually identify new opportunities that help improving our process, tools and candidate experience by identified recruitment trends and new opportunitiesYour profile and qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equal level of acting) with any discipline of HR, Management & International Business, or similar relevant background of study3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role in Recruiting / Talent AcquisitionExperience in Active Sourcing is a plus - Experience and confidence in sparring managers - Strong communication skills with a service and customer-oriented mindsetHigh degree of networking skills and ability to build a trustful relationshipSuccessfully worked in a virtual team - Result-oriented working method characterized by fulfilling hiring expectations of the customer via high service qualityConfident in working with recruitment tools and technologies, ideally experiences with Workday RecruitmentLocal language (fluent), English (proficient) - master well both in written and spoken communicationLocation:Since the scope is the Country Italy, the position will be based in one of the GEA Italian sites (preferably Galliera Veneta (PD), Colognola ai Colli (VR) or Parma)#J-18808-Ljbffr
