BSI are seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition professional to join our team.

This role could be homebased (fully remote) or based out of one of our European offices on a flexible basis (Frankfurt / Amsterdam / Milan).

Do you have:

- Multi-functional 360 recruitment experience across Europe with knowledge of the Germany and The Netherlands markets being ideal.

- The ability to partner with business leaders and stakeholders, advising on strategic as well as operational matters?

- Strong direct sourcing skills? - The broad mindset to work on a variety of roles in a cohesive and collaborative manner?

How you will shine:

- Deliver comprehensive Talent Acquisition solutions and work in partnership with our Hiring Managers to proactively provide a best in class recruitment service in a competitive and challenging market

- Identify and seek out talented individuals with the right capability and skills to join BSI

- Build and maintain trusted partnerships with key stakeholders

- Proactive activity; including develop and execute sourcing plans, build talent pipelines and direct sourcing

Your key skills & experience:

- Excellent verbal and written English and ideally be fluent in either German or Dutch

- 3 - 5 years proven track record in 360 Recruitment

- Experience of working with senior stakeholders

- Strong customer service and solutions focus

- Experience of working across different cultural environments

- Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

- Commercially astute, focused on adding value

- Good planning and organisational skills
