**What?
As "Talent Acquisition Partner - Business Functions", your mission will be to act as a strategic business partner to attract, source, and hire the best and most diverse sales, marketing, and digital talents for the present and future of L'Oréal Italy.
**How?
- You will partner closely with HR Directors, HRBPs, and hiring managers to gather business talent supply needs for: Marketing, Digital & eCommerce, Sales, Business Development, Trade, and Retail talents with 3 to around 10 years of experience.
- You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process by:
- You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to cultivate business knowledge and proximity.
- You will provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to HR and hiring managers by building a people intelligence approach.
- You will contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
**Who?
- 4/5 years of experience in the HR field with at least 2/3 years in recruitment and a proven track record of sourcing and hiring middle management talents.
- English proficiency is a non-negotiable must-have.
- International experience and a borderless mindset are highly preferred.
- Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- A mix of agency/HH and corporate experience is nice to have.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong data-driven and analytical mindset.
