This position is part of a diverse team that operates regionally and reports to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader for the Cluster.

There will be a great potential for growth, and development with a wide scope of responsibilities.

**How You Create Impact**:

- Be the trusted advisor on recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools

- Manage end to end recruitment processes in your cluster for all position levels

- Partner with multiple stakeholders to create the best recruitment strategy for their open vacancies and discuss possible challenges

- Promote Zimmer Biomet as employer of choice and champion our "best & Preferred place to work" initiative

- Partner with Hiring Managers and to encourage hiring diverse talent and support our internal mobility through providing excellent experience for our internal talent

- Ensure compliance with local Laws and regulations and Internal ZB processes and policies

**What Will Make You Stand Out**:

- Expertise in sourcing strategy, talent attraction, selection methods

- Experience in relationship building, exposure to key business stakeholders

- Experience in matrix multinational matrix organization or healthcare sector is an advantage

- Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills

- Drive for results

- Excellent English and Italian language skills, Spanish preferred
