Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Talent Acquisition Partner - Italy role will make an impact: Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition Europe this role will work closely with Viatris HR and Business Unit Leaders to identify and hire high caliber talent for positions across our sites in Italy.

We are looking for an individual who is resourceful and creative, shows initiative and persistence and has strong organizational skills.

This individual should be self-motivated, and capable of achieving results.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Partner with key stakeholders to understand emerging trends & opportunities that impact and influence recruitment activities

- Lead kick off meetings with hiring managers to discuss role details, search plans, industry information, industry contacts, etc.

to develop the recruitment strategies.

analyze market descriptions and data

- Establish strong business relationships with the business leaders to develop an in-depth knowledge of their recruitment needs.

- Continue to build our talent brand through internal partnerships, hosted events and external channel engagement

- Responsible for delivering and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPI, working closely with the Shared Service team.

- Engage in regional led recruitment related projects to improve process, assess new technology and expand service offering to the business.

Minimum Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

You should have some or most of the following:

- At least 2-3 years Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Experience ideally in a pharmaceutical, medical device or technical environment.

- Possess strong execution capability, able to prioritize, devise action plans, drive collaboration and build stakeholder trust and relationships

- Desired experience of working with a Talent Center Of Excellence and HR Shared service model.

- Authenticity and problem-solving abilities along with a strong desire to continue to learn and grow professionally,

- We are looking for a highly driven, focused, ability to multi-task and have strong attention to detail.

- Experience with Workday Recruiting is an advantage, along with strong IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written are required

- Third level Degree Qualified in a related discipline

- Knowledge of Italian employment laws and regulations desired

- Italian and English language required

- Must be able to work efficiently within a small team and individually
