Talent Acquisition Partner Trainee
We're seeking a new trainee to join our international team as a Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, you'll dive into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll gain hands-on experience in various HR processes including Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and involvement in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
**Your role**:
- Assisting in the implementation of international projects at our headquarters.
- Supporting internal communication and Employer Branding activities.
- Aiding the Talent Acquisition Partner in regional recruiting processes, from gathering briefs to conducting interviews and providing feedback.
- Facilitating the onboarding of new team members.
- Contributing to the design, implementation, and management of new projects within the Talent Acquisition Partner function.
- Cultivating partnerships with universities and attending career fairs.
**Qualifications**:
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Comfortable operating in an English-speaking international environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and present to diverse groups.
- Proficient in social media and digital communication tools.
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and analytical mindset.
- Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English.
- Previous experience in the HR sector is advantageous.
