Following the full recruitment cycle, you will manage analysis and strategy, job postings, screenings, interviews, selection, offers and feedback.

You will also have the opportunity to acquire and consolidate skills in different aspects of people management: training, pay and benefits, contracts and recruitment, performance appraisal, reporting and analysis.

We are looking for an empathetic and passionate person who can move smoothly between different activities to support the team.

You'll have strong interpersonal skills both internally and externally, and you will advocate Playground's diversity and inclusion objectives by promoting the company culture.

- Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruiter role in a dynamic company or in a head hunting/recruitment context;

- Precision, organisation and the ability to prioritise your work and objectives;

- Empathy, excellent communication and presentation skills and an enthusiastic spirit;

- A passion for human resources and for recruitment in particular;

- Interest in the digital world;

- Good knowledge of the English language;

- Strong work ethic, integrity, trust and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
