**The Opportunity
- You will further strengthen our team as a specialist for Talent Acquisition with a focus on Italy while also working on recruitment projects for other countries
- You will design and manage the recruitment cycle and work closely with the local HR business partners
- You share our purpose to shape a better world and support us in reaching our Diversity & Inclusion goals
- You are enthusiastic about talent mapping and talent sourcing and a pro in the use of social media
- You actively contribute to global and European employer branding projects with your unique perspective and experience

**Is this role right for you?
- Relevant professional experience in recruiting
- Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art sourcing and recruiting methods, preferably through previous work as a research consultant in a recruitment consultancy and/or an inhouse recruiter
- Knowledge of the engineering and/or construction sector
- Excellent communication skills, good listener, and strong analytical skills
- Fluency in Italian and English, German proficiency an advantage
