**Your responsibilities**:
- Responsibility for timely recruitment of different roles (engineering, interns, back-office roles) based in Italy (Milano) and Switzerland (Zurich)
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process of assigned searches
- Advising internal stakeholders on the definition of suitable recruitment strategies, channels, and sources
- Active Sourcing where needed
- Close collaboration with local HR Business Partner and global Talent Acquisition team
- Support on Employer Branding initiatives
- Travelling to Zurich occasionally for interviews (max.
30-40%)
**Your experiences**:
- 2+ years' experience as Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in an industrial and international environment
- First experience in the use of social media for Active Sourcing and recruitment purposes
- Fluency in Italian and English, German is a plus
- Very high customer and business orientation combined with respect for processes
- Strong networking skills, good negotiation skills, and extraversion
- Autonomous and self-driven personality
- Resilient, efficient and fast-paced work style
- Cultural sensitivity and high level of emotional intelligence
- Strong ethics and discreet
