**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |** **About the role
You will join our International Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team, supporting South-Europe recruitment activities while collaborating on Talent Acquisition initiatives.
**As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will**:
- Post job adverts
- Organizing interviews
- Liaise with and update hiring managers on recruitment processes
- Taking part in the interviews and meetings
- Prepare monthly reports on ongoing recruitment activities
- Attend recruitment fairs, symposiums, and other events
- Assist with general recruitment administration
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you
**The ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist, will**:
- Fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Passionate, articulate, and service-oriented
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Background in Administration, Customer Service, and KPI-driven roles
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR administration (preferred)
