- Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor and design hiring stages based on the unique requirements of each position.
**Job Description Crafting**:
- Create compelling and detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the expectations and qualifications for each role.
**ATS Management**:
**Professional Communication**:
**HR Practice Application**:
**Hiring Manager Support**:
- Provide comprehensive support to hiring managers, from initial kick-off meetings to the final hiring stage.
**Pipeline Building**:
**Employer Branding and Project Support**:
- Collaborate with senior managers to contribute to Employer Branding activities and participate in talent acquisition projects.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in the role
- Passionate, curious, and dedicated to professional growth.
- Demonstrated fluency in English.
- International mindset with the ability to navigate diverse cultural landscapes.
- Courageous and entrepreneurial spirit.
**Nice-to-have**:
- Proven experience in Tech and Product recruitment.
- Additional European language (French, Spanish, German)
