We are looking for a HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Talent Development & Culture team.

The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment process for all companies of Arcese Group.

YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE

- Define Job Profile and Recruitment process for Junior profiles (Internship; Specialist) and Senior profiles (First-line - Middle Management)

- Provide continuous support to HR Business Partners

- Develope projects with a view to innovation and digitisation of HR processes, in accordance with the group's Global strategy
