For the strengthening of the HR unit, we are looking for talented professionals to grow their career as Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Selected candidates will be placed in a dynamic and innovative environment and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Your role: Your key duties and responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with managers to understand requirements and establish effective recruiting strategiesDevelop and advertise accurate job descriptions to attract a highly qualified candidate poolScreen, interview and evaluate candidatesAssess candidate interest and ability to thrive in ION cultureFoster lasting relationships with candidatesEnsure candidates receive timely, thoughtful and engaging messaging throughout the hiring processShare best practice interviewing techniques with InterviewersEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processUtilize data and analytics to improve recruitment processes and outcomesOther duties: We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required: Master's degree in Economics/ Psychology or HR related subjects (with honors)Ambitious, efficient and stable under tight deadlines and competing prioritiesAbility to build relationships with managers and colleagues across multiple disciplinesExcellent knowledge of the Italian and English language (minimum C1)5+ years previous experience in Talent AcquisitionFocused on delivering an excellent candidate experience, with proven success in recruiting and filling positions also in the Tech space at up to Senior levelsExcellent knowledge of Ms Excel and PowerPointWith your "get things done" attitude you can prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environmentWillingness to learn and use software toolsResult driven, OKR drivenWhat we offer: Permanent employment contract.
